1/4 cup brown mustard
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbs lemon juice
2 tbs chopped parsley
1/2 Tsp garlic powder
4 lbs beef short ribs Mix all ingredients in a non-reactive bowl. Liberally coat ribs with the wet rub mixture. Let marinate for a minimum of 4 hours (best overnight). Place in grill. Wrap in aluminum foil and cook for an additional 1 hour or until ribs are tender.
