4 lbs. Pork Spareribs, cut to serve
1 C Brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 C Catsup
1/4 C Soy sauce
1 t Dry mustard
1/2 C Chili sauce
1/4 C Dark rum
1/4 C Worcestershire sauce
2 Cloves garlic, crushed
Dash of pepper
Wrap ribs in double thickness of foil and bake for 1-1/2 hours. Unwrap and drain drippings. Combine all ingredients and pour over ribs. grill 30 minutes, 4 inches above coals, turning and basting.
Makes 4 servings.
