4 pound(s) Pork loin, boneless
1/2 cup Orange juice, fresh squeezed
2 tbs(s) Orange juice, frozen concentrate
2 tbs(s) Honey
1 tbs Soy sauce, dark
1 tbs Olive oil
1 tsp Garlic, finely minced
1 tsp Ginger, fresh, chopped
1 tsp Chili sauce
5 drop(s) Chile oil, hot
Combine all.
Marinate the pork for 2 hours or overnight. Reserve the marinade and mop on pork several times in the first 30 minutes. Grill. Let rest for 10 minutes and serve.
