3 cloves Garlic, crushed
1 Shallot(s), minced
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Thyme
1 tbs Parsley, chopped
1 tbs Cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup Lime juice
2 1/2 tbs(s) Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
In a small food processor, add the garlic, shallot and herbs till it turns into a thick paste, then whisk in the oil and lime juice.
It's going to look real slimy green. Add chicken pieces and turn until all are coated. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour turning once or twice during that time. Grill.
